libctypes-ocaml-dev software package provides library for binding to C libraries using pure OCaml (dev), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libctypes-ocaml-dev
libctypes-ocaml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libctypes-ocaml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libctypes-ocaml-dev *
You will get with libctypes-ocaml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
